Our information technology is designed and engineered by South Dakotans for South Dakotans, right here in Spearfish, South Dakota.
PSET is a South Dakota family-owned technology company located in Spearfish, SD
Our system allows publication of civic related information in an organized fashion for legally registered South Dakota voters.
Within the PSET design we've included a polling tool for the public to organize and audit election results. We use blockchain and pseudonymous tokens to allow more private civic participation and more structured and focused communication with the county auditor should the need arise to contest an election.
We have designed our system to empower county auditors to receive organized, orderly public input about election integrity, and to focus all other available efforts, if they wish, on the organization of a public hand count of all elections.
Deep dive - we use block chain data structures to increase reliability of our data. We allow county auditors, if they wish, to manage voter identity within the county, allowing publishers to offload tremendous responsibility of identity management to the responsible elected officials in charge while focusing on efficient management of civic communications.
By using our software you agree to hold us harmless from any legal liability stemming from the use of our software.

555 maximum character reports posted to our system must have the potential to reach a public vote from the municipal, county, or state level.
Link your posts to any number of other posts to help maintain context.
Content viewable in-county only until it receives three affirmations, after which the affirmed content will "publish" to readers in other counties.
This barrier to publication outside the county is an excellent restraint on over-publication of content.
It improves the overall quality of content in our civic network.
Three affirmations from another county cause the content to be displayed in said county.
The purpose of the system is to engage with the public on important civic issues, to poll their interest in support for proposls and political candidates, and to support candidates for office in South Dakota.
As a result of the way we designed our software, focused, fast coordination becomes possible if an election result is potentially untrustworthy.
Our software is one of the few remaining very good options for peaceful resolution of democratically based transfer of power.
To access our system, you must be a South Dakota resident and legally registered voter.
Our system does cost money, but ask us about our voucher program.
